Clafoutis

Quick, easy and heavenly good - Clafoutis! This French dessert works the best with fresh fruits (for example peaches). It is easy to make and tastes really good.

To prepare Clafoutis, you will need the following ingredients:
  • 1000g fruits
  • 8 eggs
  • 100g salted butter
  • 400ml milk
  • 200g flour
  • 120g sugar
  • Vanilla sugar
  • Icing sugar
  • Salt
And here goes the recipe:
  1. Butter the form, and put (ideally fresh) fruits in the bottom of it.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt and vanilla sugar.
  3. Add milk and egg (eggs should go one-by-one). Add melted butter, and mix everything well.
  4. Pour the dough on top of the fruits, and put everything into the oven preheated to 200°C for 15 minutes.
  5. After that, lower the temperature to 180°C and keep it in the over for further 30 minutes.
  6. Leave the cake to cool, and afterwards sprinkle the icing sugar.
